Horrendous customer service. Joe the foreman should not have a job or at least not have any contact with customers. The business made a mistake and delivered my fathers veteran grave marker to the wrong cemetery in a completely different town back in March. I found out today and when I called them to let them know, rather than admit their mistake and apologize or offer a resolution , Joe basically called me a liar, yelled at me and when I pushed back he said my father is not worthy of a marker then hung up on me. I called back a second time and Ed the plant manager said to stop pestering them and hung up as well. Stay away from this business unless you like to be treated with threats and disrespect.
