I called Mike at the Hollywood location and told him I had an emergency at my apt, all the surfaces of all my furniture were covered in dust and he sent the technician Filipp. The cleaning of all my couches and sofas were completely impeccable by the time he was done. 10/10 on costumer service, I am an extremely happy costumer will recommend to all the apt owners in my building.

Prices were super reasonable. My couch, chair, ottoman all around $200 for the premium with shampoo. Also service was quick and well done. Couch looks great.
