Vrana Well Service

They drilled a well for us. Gave a quote in January with a note that it would be about 2 months before they could get to us. Was no problem waiting for us. We called in March were told a month to 6 weeks out still. Called end of April and said couple of weeks. May call was same thing. Finally got a call that they were coming out end of May. Got it drilled and proceeded to sends us a bill over $3000 than was quoted even though the well was a few feet shorter than expected. Called to discuss and reason given for higher price was materials went up over the almost 5 months it took them to do the work. My bad for waiting on them but I would definitely find someone else if you are looking for a well or any other type of water well service.

Called out twice and showed up within a couple of hours. First call was to unthaw a frozen pump pressure switch. Minimal cost to fix. Had problems getting a well contractor to respond to my calls for help. Dale who did the repair gave me a contact number for after hour calls. Called him today, 8/16/18. Again on site in two hours, diagnosed the problem to be the well pump. Had been in for 15 years. Called put another tech and had the pump pulled, unplugged the pvc piping, treated the well and had me back up and running by 4pm. Highly recommend Vrana's Well Service. They are reasonable, courteous and professional craftsmen.

Great service, friendly and efficient, they will come to help same day or next day.

My husband called for service and was hung up on. No option for zero stars.
