Vulcan truck was driving down the highway kicking up rocks and dirt all over every car that was behind it, including me. I called the project manager to let him know, and his response was, OK I will let the driver know. No apologies, no telling me it’s not company policy or anything like that. He just said, OK. That was it. OK, our truck just kicked up rocks and dirt all over your car and scratched your paint. OK. Great response! Five stars.
