Vulcan Materials is excellent in service and quality. Joelle Donaldson helped me out with setting up my material and even informed me of the delivery option when I had planned on hiring a driver and dump truck independently. Even though it was a small order and the scheduling on my part hit a couple snags, she was extremely patient and helpful and made me feel as important as a high volume client in the whole scheme of things. Even the man that finalized everything and set up the delivery driver for me was very helpful and didn't make me feel unimportant when I'm sure they had much bigger things to handle than one ton delivered 15 miles. Thank you guys for a job well done. I'm sorry I don't remember his name for a personal thank you but you both made my day!

So I called the Oro Grande office to talk to them about a product for doing a driveway and the yard idiot couldn't tell me what it was made of ( stone, asphalt or concrete or a mix usually ) and pawned me off to the LA lab section of the company. I talked with another idiot there who couldn't tell me because I had to talk to the "aggregate team" whatever the hell that is. I said that is stupid and she tried to get her manager on the line but they were "out" . She wanted to take my number but by then I was stupified by the incompetency of this company and just told her to forget it. America today, dumb and dumberer.
