Loader operator in the pit is very rude and it’s not very friendly has he issues against people and he has no business being acting like that

No one delivered my paid for order. Unprofessional staff. I bought and PAID for 4.5 tons of quarter minus to be delivered yesterday. It never showed up. I was calling the main office but it said they’re closed and to call your sales rep. I called every number on the website until Bobby answered. (He was very kind and helpful, just not the same rep for my area. He did get the correct sales rep to finally contact me back.) The sales rep from my area, Joe, called me back and said there’s nothing he can do and I need to call dispatch. I call dispatch and explained that I placed and paid for an order that I didn’t receive. His argument was that it was “authorized” not paid for- while I have a $300 pending charge to my account. Good material no so friendly staff was here one time the employees that work here were extremely rude not the way to treat someone so after being here a few times we got to know the terrain then they were good to us.
