Vulcan Surfacing

I had cracking in my front sidewalk as well as a narrow sidewalk on the side of the house. Obtained a quote for concrete replacement, then saw ad for Rubaroc. Reviewed the material and obtained a quote to do the same thing with the concrete. Area covered was actually about 15% more and cost was 10% less. They did the job in one day and cleaned up. Very satisfied and would recommend Rubaroc to anyone who wants to replace their sidewalk. Looks good, cooler to the feet, and any movement of the sidewalk does not cause any cracking. We may look to use it around the pool a few years from now.

I had contacted Vulcan Surfacing asking them to come out to my home and give me an estimate for resurfacing my back patio and pool deck. The appointment was set for last Wednesday the 20th. The 20th rolled around, and they didn't show or call. I called them the next morning to ask why they were a no-show for the scheduled appointment. I was told by the man who was supposed to do the estimate that a flight issue had prevented him from getting back to DFW in time, and he told me that he would get back to me later that day to let me know when he would be able to give me the estimate. It has been 8 days since that call, and I left another voicemail a couple of days ago, and it has been complete radio silence from Vulcan. Pitiful customer service, IMO.

I have called and left messages for the Texas office several times regarding work that was done and a a defect at HOA pool. No one ever answers the phone or returns calls!!!!!!!!! Having been reaching out since November of 2022 no response!!!

This is the 3rd summer we have enjoyed our Rubaroc deck. We couldn’t be more satisfied! Definitely cooler than concrete.

I am very pleased with choice I made. The deck looks great. The nicest crew. Very professional.
