He was extremely professional, very polite, and genuinely kind. He worked quickly and efficiently, and the results are incredible. my carpet looks brand new, as if I just installed it. I was moving out of a place where I had spilled fruit much and soda. Tech said red is hard to get out but he did an excellent job and it appeared that he hot it all out. Second time using them and I would hi v hly recommend them. Reasonably priced too
