I reached out to this company to inquire if they can do a rush job because I had a upcoming event at my apartment. I reached out to them on Monday and inquired if they can have an installation by Friday. They told me Saturday would be the soonest they could do it and my event was Saturday. so, I decided to go ahead and trust their professional recommendation. The guy that I was communicating with, instructed me to go to their warehouse and choose a specific product that I wanted to install. They also required that I had my countertops removed prior to them coming to physically do an estimate. They would not give me an appointment date until the countertops were removed.
