Made a purchase through Best Buy Marketplace. A Beat Buy Rep and I both sent them three messages to cancel an order prior to it being shipped. They ignored my messages and proceeded to ship the item.
Scam! I ordered a portable AC 13 days ago. I was charged the second day after placing the order, but I still have not received the product. I've spoken to 7 agents trying to cancel the order and get a refund. Every time I called, I was given a different answer, and the issue is still not solved. Very poor customer service, with miscommunication and misleading information from the vendor W APPLIANCE, showing this product as available in stock when ordered and then not being able to deliver the order.
I have been calling weekly for over a month for a part for my Black & Decker portable air conditioner. Promises have been made to escalate and ship within the week and it still has not shipped. They state they are escalating to a manager, but that I cannot be transferred to them and there is no other phone number to call. I will be seriously reconsidering my purchase of future black and decker products if they continue referring to this company for replacement parts.
6/18/2024: I ordered a small refrigerator for my basement. (Not a cube refrigerator). UPS sent up to date tracking until they had issues with my address. Per a call to Home Depot and UPS, W Appliance created the label with incorrect information. UPS stated 1-2 days more until delivery. If I don’t have it by COB Thursday, I’ll call my credit card company and cancel the order.
Would rate them 0 stars if possible. I have been calling every day for the last 3 weeks and "the phone systems have been down" for 3 /weeks. The company provided a shipping lable 5/27/2024 recieved the unit 07/03/2024. Have followed up every day since including emails calls everything. 0 response. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Not only did i purchase a machine that was broken from the OEM when you try to get it replaced they just keep it and ghost you.
