Friendly staff. Decent selection. Prices overall seemed high but some good values to be found.
We bought a griddle weeks ago. Had not used it, noticed it was missing a piece. Tonya (London Manager) has gone above and beyond to fix the problem, calling me every step of the way. WD Bryant employees take customer care to heart. They are a gold star example of what customer service should look like.
The best W-D Bryant location there is! I dealt with Brandon and Mark they will make sure your equipment is took care of for sure! The best customer service you could ask for. They go above and beyond to make sure your took care of.
