This company came out broke my water line and fixed it with out letting me know. Only way I found out was a high water bill. They were doing work for for virginia natural gas. They team was very unprofessional, I called to file complaint and they never called me back.

Stop blocking my driveway because you can't be bothered to pull up 10 more feet. I know you have a job to do, but there was zero reason to do this.

Please investigate Truck 49 and the driver who was behind the wheel on Saturday 10/22 approx 1430. As I tried to keep my family away from this driver, I whitenesses some of the most reckless driving from reading truck identified as Truck 49. Severely concerning.

On a beautiful Saturday morning, we were subjected to half an hour of a worker sitting in the truck, on obviously a personal call, yelling and cussing. The truck was not parked close to where the was supposedly being done. And you totally messed up my front yard with dead grass, dirt clods everywhere, ruts where the machinery drove through it. Yes, thank you very much. We don't even have a gas line to the house.

I’m sure this is an amazing company that prides themselves with hiring top quality talent employees. Today I witnessed the company truck license plate TW04 didn’t have the courtesy to left a car merge over from a feeder lane almost inches away from hitting 2 cars just to prove a point of not letting the traffic flow. This unprofessionalism could have cost the company money with unplanned maintenance or even worse consequences of injuries. And the driver laughed as if he had no regard for safety of others. I know we all are hoping to get home in a timely manner to our love ones. I pray that the owners have a crucial conversation with this driver. You are representing a great company please act accordingly.
