W H Pang Design & Finish

I recently found W H Pang Design & Finish from the Emtek website. I need to order kitchen hardwares and door levers for a project. Went to the store to have a hands-on with the products. Was greeted by Kan, great customer service, answered all the questions I had. Placing an order was easy, credit card link was discrete. What made this experience great was the level of communication Kan and the staff provided, I even got a follow-up email asking if the hardware was working good. That is great service. Highly recommend!

Never doing business with this company!! They delayed their order and no one wanna take responsibility!! No refund and just make us feel this company scam people's money!! Our construction got delayed for two weeks just because their lack of follow up, no communication and unwilling to help. Worst experience!! Also they charged you full amount and doing nothing, nothing is refundable! This is a convenient internet world now.. just want to let people know that do not buy anything from this company! Or prepare to experience disaster and much more overhead due to delaying!!
