Great gov surplus pickup location. Ken is very helpful and user-friendly just be advised he is limited due to his companies liabilities as to "what" he can actually do for you during your loadouts up to 10k lbs. . Also he is the inspector and the listor of the items that you are bidding on and NOT the maintainor NOR the service person so YES , if you are planning on towing an item away from his pickup yard then YES be prepared to air up the tires if need be and I recommend checking the trailer lug nuts to ensure their trighteness because I have picked up and towed two trailers from this and another site and both needed their lug nuts tightened. Also to ensure safety, bring a set of 12 vots , 4 pin magnetic attach lights and place them on the trailer ( waterproof if possible I learned this

Be prepared with winch for your triler, air compressor and tools they don't have a way to help you in any way, guys were very nice
