W R Watson did my countertop in my kitchen. I Have an 8 inch crack in one of the tops. WR Watson sent out someone and then they sent out a representative from Citiquartz. Citiquartz is not warranting the product because it is an installation issue. I have 2 different countertops that do not have a sub top and supported with shims. If it was installed correctly I would have a 15 year warranty on the product. So WR Watson is saying i have to pay $2200.00 labor Plus the materials to replace the top. Because the installation is so bad I only have a1 year warranty from WR Watson.
