I had an amazing experience working with Mark. He was very thorough and precise, even coming to our house twice to measure and check things. He used his design experience to create an amazing transformation in our outdated kitchen. We had met with other companies and no one could bring our tricky situation to fruition except Mark! The process was very seamless with W Stephens and our contractor. Our cabinets and counters have been installed for about 9 months and there is absolutely nothing I would change! I recommend to everyone!

From the beginning of laying out the design to completion, we were completely satisfied with the service and the craftsmanship from Wayne and his partner, Matt Williams. In 2024 we ordered new kitchen cabinets from W Stephens. They were meant to be our dream kitchen with UK blue cabinets, intended to last 20+ years. We asked questions about duarbility, weight capacity of drawers, etc. Specifically asked how durable the paint would be as we have 4 kids, and were told it was something like 3 layers and very durable. Fast forward to late 2025 and this nightmare of an ordeal is still continuing. The original delivery of cablinets had a high number fo scratches and quality issues. I understand this is normal for cabinet orders, they're almost never right on the first delivery so you get replacement doors, panels, etc. However I've lost count of the re-shipped parts. I’m extremely disappointed with the way this business treats the delivery drivers who keep their operations running. A driver was denied access to the restroom while delivering a package, and the employee insisted it was “for customers only.” If a business relies on delivery services, the very least they can do is show basic decency and allow drivers to use the restroom. These workers are on the road all day, often without access to use the bathroom. It’s much safer for these drivers to ask a business than a random house that they are delivering to! Refusing something so simple is unkind, unprofessional, and shows a lack of respect for the people supporting their business. I hope management reconsiders their policies and shows more humanity toward essential workers. Please do better!!

A coworker recommended this group to me after they had successfully designed/installed/countertopped two kitchens for her. Great design group and quality products. They were also willing to work with us on allowing us to do our own install and our own countertop vendor and lots of tweaks (adding glass to certain doors, switching out some cabinet types, accommodating an oddly shaped room etc). I would recommend using their installation/countertop folks for ease and expediency (in hindsight). We really enjoyed working with Marcela who listened to our vision but also made important changes to the layout from a functional standpoint and noticed things that we would've missed (like not putting the dishwasher in a spot where we couldn't stand at the sink if the door was open).
