Absolutely amazing and kind. The lady who took my call was very nice. And Danny was very knowledgeable and patient as well as thorough and educative.

The man that came to our house was rude to me, my husband, &my father-in-law. He acted as if it was torture to have to come out to fix our air conditioner. I didn't hear him knock the first time he knocked. When I let him in, he was rude about it. He said, " I guess I didn't knock loud enough?!" After going down the hall to the vent, he then continued to be rude because the hall light wasn't already turned on. The next time he seriously walked right in without anyone going to the door! My father-in- law was here & explained the issue we were still having. He said nothing was wrong, like we were making it up. I think something is wrong when the air has been on for hours & is still 81! He then proceeded to say he couldn't fix something that wasn't broken! For them to be receiving good revie
