James was half the price of other roofers, so I was sceptical, but I know a few people who speak highly of his work. I was not disappointed. He was very responsive and nice to work with. He always displayed genuine concern for customer satisfaction, and I know I can be very demanding and persnickety. So kudos to James for putting up with me! His crew did a nice job. They were extremely respectful of our property, and kept us informed along the way. Clean up was amazing, they left no trace. Based on everything I experienced, I have no doubt that James will stand behind his work should any issues or concerns arise. Although, I believe it won't come to that, since any issues were proactively addressed at the time of tear-off and installing the new roof. We should be good to go. I h

James came over and did an awesome job, he did the roof for half the price of what I was quoted from other companies. He answered all my questions and addressed all the needs. They cleaned up the yard real nice and he was always very responsive when I messaged or called. Very happy with the job he did on the roof.

**UPDATE AUG 2025. So far NOTHING DONE. ZERO CONTACT. Pictures show horrific work 7 years ago. Update 2025 a few false promises another year in a row. I really want my roof etc fixed and NO more broken promises. BBB canceled them in 2018-19. I still email annual updates. Over 100 emails back & forth w BBB.. I roof & gutter issues are worse than they were before JAMES! **Update 2024 -STILL WAITING JAMES!! ! WORST ROOFING COMPANY EVER! The work is AWFUL! All these years & promises to make it a good new roof & downspout (yes that IS the NEW downspout they put on! That is not what I pd for!) and James doesn't honor his word or stand behind his work! James and his crew did fantastic work for our mother. They installed a new roof on her home and new siding and gutters on garage. Like any thing, pay once all work is completely done to your satisfaction.

We recently had our roof done by WA Home improvements, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Jame’s communication was top-notch, always kept me in the loop, and answered all my questions quickly. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they were done. Our roof looks great and very affordable!!
