Waddle's Heating & Cooling

Waddles came out and worked on a property I owned that was under a rent to own contract to Joyce Larson and family, without my approval or authorization as homeowner and did almost $500 in repairs on my heating and air unit. I've used them in the past so they have my contact information, and they called me a year and a half later after the work was completed and could not get the payment from Joyce Larson. I did not know about the work, I didn't authorize any work, I did not ask for the work to be done, and now they're trying to collect on a bill from me. This sounds like a pretty good racket if you can just walk into the homeowner's property work on central air without getting permission because some squatter calls you in, and then submit a bill to the owner and tell him they have to pay

I would HIGHLY recommend Waddle’s!!! Trey was efficient and friendly! He showed me what was wrong with our AC and talked me through why it happened. What I learned: check your air filters regularly AND make sure they have a good MERV count. Thank you, Trey!

Our 37 year old Carrier stopped running at 2 am! Thankful for our many years of service with the Waddle’s! By 10:30 this morning they had put a new blower motor on it and it is up and going! We are so thankful for the Waddle Family and their excellent service!

In 4/2024 Waddles replaced our H/AC unit along with improving the venting. They were very professional and efficient and it runs and looks great. Thanks for the great service.
