I am writing this at 2:24 am. Please stop these trucking operations at night. There is alot of noise of trucking parking, loading unloading something like that. It wakes up us from sleep. There is whole community attached to it. This happens very frequently. You have the whole day to do it and you are in the middle residential communities.

Currently trying their emergency call number due to a complete loss of power which GA power says is not associated with them and they are not answering. So I was able to get through to the emergency person. He was very helpful and helped me to work with Georgia Power to get everything sorted, which I feel he went beyond his job description in doing so. The one star missing is because I think the initial emergency contact process could be a little less squirrely.

Shane was over the job (new build) and our contact. Rough in crew was a pleasure to work with and cleaned up after themselves, setout crew Alverez was awesome! Very pleasant to work with and also cleaned up after themselves even being told we would handle it......Shane and Jacob handled the Punch out and everything promised has been done (over and above), we still have 4 outlets to install but I explained I wanted them done later due to the fact 2 are floor outlets for furniture and I don't want to be wrong! I wanted to wait til furniture is moved I and set up.......they said no problem! Awesome work experience with them and I own a plumbing company and used to do 450 new houses a year. Very smooth process and Shane will be my go to for any electric needs.......(I have a 24kw generator on

Wouldn't even trust them to put batteries in my remote... Aside from the fact there were some loose wiring issues in our new build 1 month in, we recently found another sign of their incompetence. They installed a GFI circuit breaker outlet in an add-on garage with no way of getting in other than using the garage door opener that is on the same circuit. Instead of adding the proper circuit breaker to the main electrical panel like any competent electrician would do, they instead installed a breaker outlet in the add -on garage, meaning if the GFI is tripped when the garage door is closed, good luck getting in the garage. That is exactly what happened to me and it cost me $500 to fix their mess.
