And although we pay for cleaning and chemicals, pool service, the service that is provided is very poor quality and does not put any time into doing the job correctly. The pool service person stays there for 2 to 3 minutes sometimes as long as four minutes makes a couple of sweeps on the side of the pool and use the pool net for 30 seconds to a minute it’s some chemicals and it’s gone. Check the photos below. He just finished servicing my pool and I just took these photos. This is not the first time that I had brought this poor quality of service to their attention. Unfortunately, it doesn’t mean very much to point this out.

Our pool started sending a lot of air through the water return pipe. We knew that the air was getting into the pump, but couldn't find the problem. I called several pool repair companies. They either don't return calls, or don't show up for an appointment. One company said that it will cost me $2,400 to $3,400. 2 repair men came, but couldn't fix the problem. Dayna from Wade Pool Service came on time, checked everything and fixed the problem. And it only cost me $30. Dayna was very knowledgeable and professional. The pool is working fine now. I will call Wade Pool service first if I need any repairs in the future. I highly recommend this service.

This is the worst pool service company to go with. The owner Wade were just stopping by to drop the receipt to show that he came by. My pool was never cleaned or anything similar. When I calle, owner was very rude and said to find someone else. So unprofessional, would not recommend them at all

We have had Wade Pool Service for over a year and I have had to call their office before about the poor service their employee provided. One time the young man was out there and dumped some chlorine in the pool then left the service ticket that he cleaned the skimmer basket and brushed the pool sides ( none of it was done). When I called the office he made up some excuse that he had to use the restroom so that’s why he didn’t do the service the correct way. Last week I came home from vacation and the pool was a mess- kreepy krawler wasn’t working because the basket was full so I cleaned it out but still didn’t work. I then pulled the cartridge from the filter and it was caked up with dirt - he hadn’t cleaned it in months! So I tried calling their office but no one ever answers the phone. I

Terrible service. Caught in the act of coming in the backyard, leaving a note that said the pool was serviced and the pool was not even touched.
