I cannot overstate how poorly run and unprofessional Wagner Sod is. Their crew cut directly through a clearly marked fiber optic cable in our yard—complete with caution signs and flags—and never told us. We only found out that evening when our internet stopped working. When I reported the issue and sent pictures, they insisted they had to “swing by the next day to confirm.” Once they finally admitted they had cut the line, they said they’d follow up the next day to discuss compensation. That “follow up” didn’t happen for three days. When they finally did get back to us, their solution was to take $200 off a “fall cleanup package” we didn’t even want. I told them instead we expected them to cover the $120 cost of reinstalling the fiber optic cable (something they had directly caused). The

Wagner installed my first home irrigation system this week. The entire process from estimate, planning, communication, customer service, installation, and fine tuning was simply outstanding. Paul, Jonathon, Brendan, and the installation crew chief (can't recall his name) were timely, proficient, and always pleasant. I highly recommend the Wagner team for irrigation installation. The whole team at Wagner are great. This is our first experience with a landscaping company. Dale and Manny were very knowledgeable and explained everything in details so we understood the whole process. Gave professional recommendations and explained the reasoning. They turned our backyard into a beautiful space. Paul is the owner and came out multiple times to make sure the job was running smoothly. To me that is very important for a business owner to visit the jobs sites. This shows he cares and wants to make sure everything was up to his standards.
