Avoid this place at all costs! This is a total scam. The sign advertises parking for $3, but that rate is only for *half* an hour—not a full hour. I’ve never seen a parking lot use half-hour pricing like this. They also give you a ticket and specifically tell you *not* to leave it in your car—clearly a setup. Most parking lots allow you to leave your ticket in your vehicle to avoid losing it. If you lose your ticket, they won’t help you at all. Instead, they’ll demand an outrageous $75 fee. Even if you explain the situation to security, they’ll just repeat the policy and refuse to check security cameras, even though a simple review could match your car to its entry time. Perfect location! Elevator took me right to all the shops are and the beach right across the street. I spent about 3 1/2 hours there and it cost me around $12.

This is the parking garage I use everyday that I work, so usually 4-5 times a week. (My job pays for me to park in this garage) One day my card randomly stopped working. I pressed the help button to get assistance. The man that answered was extremely rude, and started yelling at me because I told him I only have cash on me to pay with. DO NOT PARK HERE ON A WEEKDAY! When we entered, we were handed a sheet of paper that says $7 day flat rate for Monday to Friday. There are also signs just outside the parking garage that say the same thing. We parked here for the day and then when we exited we were told by the parking attendant (Mike) that we had to pay $45! He told us it's $3 per half hour because we parked in the Waikiki Business Plaza and not the Waikiki Shopping Plaza across the street. Why advertise the $7 a day rate for the parking lot across the street when it's actually $3 per half hour?! It's ridiculously dishonest and false advertising.
