We hired Waitkus Design for our pool & patio project last summer. I can't say enough good things about Karen, Jim & their team. Amazing work, design & communication! Highly recommend them for all your hardscaping & landscaping needs!

Waitkus Design was referred to us when we wanted to re-do our backyard. Starting with design and the initial consultation, the partnership was incredible. When it came to materials and what we thought we may want, they gave us a ton of perspectives around what other clients had done but also asked around our own preferences. There was a real focus on delivery and their team was always present during the work. We were so happy with what they did while always communicating with us. It was a great experience and we can’t recommend them enough.

Waitkus Design has done work for us twice and both times they were professional, collaborative, competent, and a joy to work with. More recently they landscaped our shady backyard. From design consultation with Karen to construction with Jim and crew, everyone came to understand our vibe and budget. While creating a functional and beautiful yard layout, they also helped solve a runoff problem by installing a Belgian block border and drain. Jim’s demeanor is so upbeat and friendly that gaining access to our neighbor’s driveway, when he needed to, was seamless. At one point Karen spoke about how striking the (not yet planted) Winterberry would look against our spruce tree. She was absolutely correct!

We have used Waitkus Design for over 10 years and recommend them all the time! Jim and Karen are very knowledgeable, responsive, and dedicated to their clients' satisfaction, whether you're installing a large stone patio or swapping out a few bushes. They are a pleasure to work with. You can't go wrong!

Karen and Jim were great to work with throughout the whole process. We started out with some thoughts and then things started to come to life after about two discussions! We have a gorgeous outdoor fireplace, grilling and eating area! The landscaping within and around this area made our backyard come to life!!
