Waldorf Locksmith Co

We recently had a great experience with Waldorf Locksmith Company of Waldorf, Maryland. We reached out to request service at a very short notice and got same day response, including completion of service. Mr. Kenny, the owner was extremely helpful in resolving our issue promptly. He was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We were particularly impressed with his attention to detail and clear communication. Highly recommend!

Not impressed! Called and was told that seevice fee is $19. Tech called and told me $50. When I advised him of what I was told he then mentioned it. Stay away from this business. Failed to give a quote prior to coming.

At my place of employment, we use Waldorf Locksmith for all our lock needs. We have never had an issue. The owner has always come out within an hour or two of my call. Yes, the owner is an older gentleman and he is old school. Yes, he answers the phone, "hello". He is always nice and does a great job.

STAY FAR AWAY from these people unless you want to be robbed. This old white guy pulled up in front of my house to unlock my door, charged me $90 for about 30 seconds worth of work. All I can say is this, they must be really broke to charge these types of prices. This is my first and last time using them. To : Waldorf Locksmith Scam- I hope you enjoy that $90 and then quickly go broke again!!!!

I found Waldorf locksmith on google, I called at 6am and the owner answered, even though the website states he don't open until 7a. I explained my situation and he said he would be right out. He came out assessed my situation which was quite complicated, fixed my lock, charged me what I thought was above and beyond fair and reasonable price. I 100% recommend this company.
