Wow, called this store to ask if they had a specific perfume in stock and what the price of it was. The lady on the phone sounded extremely inconvenienced and RUDE just because I asked her a simple question! Sorry for making you do your job! She even said “whatever” to me. Extremely rude and unprofessional when I was just asking a simple question and was nothing but nice! Maybe you shouldn’t work there if basic things like looking for a perfume is so inconvenient to you! I wish I would have got her name. I didn’t even get a straight answer. I would steer clear of this Walgreens and go somewhere else. Looks like they already have a lot of bad reviews.

Specifically Wendy is an absolute nightmare. She is convinced my grandfather is a drug addict because of his prescriptions and has made it her personal crusade to keep him from his pain medication. That's all fine and great if she could be bothered to contact his doctor and work some things out. But no, apparently at no point between birth and college did she learn to operate a telephone. And even still, it wouldn't be so bad if she wasn't holding everything else he's been prescribed, namely stuff that has no use to an actual addict. But hey, she went to school and I suppose she knows best, right? Not the doctor that actively tries to help people live and not feel awful. Do not buy your Medicare Advantage (S3 program) OTC products here. For many name brand items they are double the price found at Walmart. Their Walgreens brand products in many cases are higher than the name brands. Eg. Theraflu DM Max $14.99 at Walgreens, $7.28 at Walmart. I only went to Walgreens since it was closest to the house and I didn’t know how high Walgreens is until I checked the price with the Walmart product scanner.

Sarah is the most helpful associate I've encountered in any store, ever. She goes beyond and I witnessed this not just with me. I had to dig to get my documents ready for print so it took a bit of time. While there, I noticed how exceptional her customer service skills really are. She made me feel super valued as a customer and a person. Thank you again Sarah!

Wendy in the Pharmacy is the rudest person I have ever encountered. They have shorted me twice now on 2 of my meds. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions else where.
