Dearest Gentle Parker, It is with the heaviest heart and the most frayed patience that I pen this review. Never have I encountered such an establishment where time itself seems to unravel with the lethargy of a snail ascending a particularly treacherous hill. Upon entering this forsaken structure, I was filled with hope and naïveté, blissfully unaware of the temporal abyss awaiting me. Little did I know, the simple act of exiting would transform into a marathon of misery. It has now been over 40 minutes, and still, I remain captive to this dungeon of despair, where the light of day is but a distant memory and freedom feels like a forgotten dream. DO NOT PARK HERE!!! 0 stars should be possible. Terrible ticket machine to pay to leave. DOESN'T TAKE CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS. Will NEVER park here again.

It was a NIGHTMARE leaving the garage! The ticket given to you when you enter has NO clear directions indicating you'll need it to re- enter to get to your car. Imagine my surprise when I was locked out because I didnt have my ticket BECAUSE NOTHING INDICATED THAT I NEED TO TAKE THE TICKET WITH ME. I then tried to call support where I waited for ten minutes just for them to tell me "well you need your ticket to enter" before abruptly hanging up on me and not responding when I tried to call back. the only reason I was able to get my car was because a random person was leaving and held the door open for me

If I could give zero or negative stars, I would! Absolutely impossible to get out after a concert at Ecles! It took and hour and half from the sixth level down because all the lower levels are 'reserved' and empty, the system was not functional, SOOO many people were confused over how to check out with a supposedly NEW software/equipment (the attendant told me over the phone it was new, haha). Of course you pay for all the wait time and we got home after midnight! We will never be parking there again ever!

I have no issues with it. It is gated so there is a very low risk of break ins, but make sure you keep your entry ticket on you. The ceilings are low so anything bigger than a Honda CRV I would not recommend. It is in a great location, just down the street from the Eccles and City Creek, and across the street from Gallivan Center. The biggest downside is that it is old and in a weird split level layout, so navigating can be tricky your first time.
