I just wanted to say i had 2 service technician's come to home for a plumbing issue and they were fantastic they explained everything to me, and they were very friendly and polite i would highly recommend Walker/Morrisburg heating and plumbing

Our A/C quit so I googled who was close by. Walker came up and had good reviews so I called and within 2 hours, someone was at our house. The customer service from start to finish was amazing. Alex was down to earth, knowledgeable & a really nice guy! Highly recommend! Thank you!

At first the lead installer seemed to have an attitude and just overall rough mood. My wife and also heard quite a few F bombs. Not particularly professional in that regard. That attitude and language issue seemed to get better as time went on. I recognize our install was more difficult because we have an older home, but still it does not give the customer the feeling of making the right decision. We are quite satisfied with the unit that was installed and everything appears to have been insulated and patched up properly. It took some time to figure out the schedule for the smart thermostat but now we have it dialed in and are seeing better results as it cools the house.

I had Fain Patel from Walker ClimateCare come to the house to do the yearly maintenance of the furnace and air conditioning unit. He confirmed our appointment time and arrived on time and worked near 1.5 hours to do a thorough job. He didn’t mind me watching or answering any questions I had. I bought the furnace and air conditioner care package (hot water tank package was offered as well) paying a monthly premium and this yearly cleaning and checkup package came with it at no additional charge. Fain Patel did a thorough inspection of the furnace, removing the fan to take a deeper look and vacuum he also took pictures along the way. He asked if I had a new filter or did he need to provide one, I had several so he changed it at the same time. He used a multimeter and other equipment to check

They over price and have techs that recommend replacing equipment that does not need to be replaced.
