I recently gave a moderate review explaining my own encounter regarding this company on the Better Business Bureau's website (read there for more details). I was completely appalled to find out the response back was nothing but defamation of the highest degree! Here's what he heaved out - "DJ did not feel comfortable with the customer or the location of the job and felt that this job was not within our scope of repairs, we do not replace subfloors on mobile homes. He responded to her that he did not have time to do her job, we do not have to provide an estimate if we feel uncomfortable with the job. We do not bid every job we look at."
