Bob and his team performed a complex installation of a retaining wall system with steps on my property. The existing walls were constructed of railroad ties and had run out their useful life. Inclusive of multiple tiers over hundreds of feet with radiuses, the design required regular revisits to meet the desired design intent. Further challenges to the project included logistical planning for stone and RCA delivery, lighting placement in the stone, stone wall heights, movement of machinery, and varying contours in the topography of the property. Walkway Masonry came recommended for my project, including some finishing touches on my yard in the way of a beach pebble border along the patio and crushed bluestone in the fenced area around my equipment. Bob and his team were fantastic from start to finish… they were communicative, efficient with attention to detail, the job was reasonably priced, and the results are beautiful. The bluestone area opened up a nice space I can now use for storage of additional equipment…I could fit a large deck box with room to walk around, and I truly enjoy going there to check on my equipment when I’d previously avoided it, as it had been overrun with weeds. Walkway Masonry are experts , meticulous in their workmanship and what I appreciated this most was their help to find and obtain pavers that were in my budget. Plan to have WM back to do a few more smaller projects to use up the pavers I have left.
