Wall 2 Wall Flooring

I have been doing business with Wall to Wall for about twenty years and I have never been disappointed with the service, the choices available or with the installation of my flooring. Having said that working with Dillon has been a pleasure and he did an excellent job in keeping in the loop from start to finish of my job. Professional is a word easily applied to him. The installation was done by Dennis and he was nothing short of miraculous. Start to finish he is by far the best installer I have ever dealt with. I can’t say enough positive things about these two gentlemen. My new carpet and lvp flooring makes me smile and I’m beyond pleased. Thanks guys!

They were very accommodating as I had to change my install date a couple times. The carpet seems very nice and it should wear good. I have used wall to wall in the past for my apartments and it has always worked out well. It is very convenient to just go in and pick out a piece.

New build. Melissa was very convincing and helpful at first, and then suddenly, it all went down hill she was disrespectful and not helpful they never had the right time to come fix the damage (we still have damage). Then suddenly at random someone came and did such a terrible job and told us that was easy and they didn't know about it earlier or would have come....... on other occasions when they also came, it always required something to have done for them that wasn't necessary. We did as asked, and this is what happens. They fill everything with so much caulking or just left gaps. They would also tell us they needed to order material but left so much at our place then realized that was enough to use, so they wasted 3 months of wait... also we found big roles of carpet in our house and t

My sister picked out a carpet for her home and they installed the wrong carpet and then tried to blame it on her. And she bought some carpet for her granddaughters room was charged 600 dollars and didn't get the carpet and was told well the installer must have taken it and low and behold he doesn't work there anymore so my sister is out the 600 dollars for nothing I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy
