I mean, it's a parking garage, it has shade, there are always spots open here, so when the lot by your barracks is full, at least you have a cool shaded place to park your car when its 95* outside.
Well lit, very safe. The only bad part is you lose all cell phone reception once you enter
A good place to store your car whilst on deployment. There is no cell phone service in here tho.
A four story parking garage with 24 hr security. Pretty meh other than that.
