I was a Wallace customer for several years and consistently received reliable service at fair and predictable rates. Unfortunately, since the Petro acquisition, service quality has deteriorated significantly while prices have increased substantially. My most serious issue began during the first snowstorm of 2025. At that time, we were in our third consecutive year under a service contract that explicitly included automatic fuel deliveries to ensure we would not run out of fuel. Despite this agreement, our account was not properly serviced during that storm. My delivery was scheduled, canceled, and rescheduled a total of four times. Because no delivery was made, I was forced to go out during the storm, purchase off-road diesel, and manually add fuel to my tank myself — five gallons at a t

I've called over 7 times since 7am on 2/8/26. I keep getting the run around, kept on a loop of an automated message. I chose the option to be called back several times and now at 2:54 pm still have not received a call back. He pay for the service agreement and can't get the service we need. With below zero temps and no heat this is bad customer service. They were suppose to have oil delivered earlier this week and that didn't happen which is why don't have any heat now and it's degrees. Terrible 😔 service.

Had my old heating system fail (heat & hot water) just three days before Christmas. I contacted several companies for help. Wallace Energy was the most responsive. They came out and evaluated what was needed. They were able to install a new system on Christmas eve! The other companies that I contacted sent me bids after I decided to go with Wallace, -- all their bids were higher. I'm totally satisfied with Wallace Energy.

DO NOT USE WALLACE ENERGY!!!! We have been using wallace for about a year now, we are new homeowners and didn’t know better so just went with the first company available at the time. They have come multiple times to service our propane tank and we had never had an issue with them. Recently we needed an emergency fill and when they came they filled our tank but then told us we needed to have everything inspected. After they inspected they turned off our tank and told us that they can not turn it back on for us (mind you we OWN our tank). They said we have to move our underground tank ONE FOOT, in order for them to be able to turn it on and continue servicing us. It feels like a scam, theyve been servicing us for over a year and all of a sudden they want us to spend thousands of dollars to

I wish I connected with Wallace years ago!!! They got me to do a service contract, which I was very sure would be a mistake. But not only have they delivered emergency heating oil at no charge and performed yearly maintenance. They have most recently showed up for a small oil drip in my system. They came pretty quick and best of all, no out of pocket cost. Highly recommend especially if you have an older system or not able to do the work yourself.
