We had to let our contractor go because our parts for the bathroom were weeks and weeks overdue with absolutely no call from our salesperson. We received no reimbursement or discount. My husband drove back and forth to pick up a piece at a time. We had to buy replacement parts from Lowe’s which will need to be replaced the next time we have a contractor. Horrible customer service. No care for the customer or a timeframe. They took our money and then were done with us. The only reason for the two stars is the quality of the product that could be bought at other supply stores. Do not go there!!!!!!

I went to Wallington Plumbing Supply last week to find a solution to fix the drain on my HVAC unit. I had no idea what pieces I needed or the technical vocabulary to explain it but I walked in and was beyond impressed with the customer service I received. All the employees behind the counter( unfortunately I don’t remember their names) worked together as a team to help me and find the best solution for the drainage that I needed. It was really nice to see employees help each other problem solve. I never write reviews but they exceeded my expectations and for that reason I want to share my experience at Wallington Plumbing Supply. I highly recommend them!

In March of 2022, I went to the Wallington Plumbing Supply Show Room in Saddle Brook, New Jersey to purchase plumbing fixtures for a three bathroom renovation, 2 full baths and a powder room. My Sales Representative, Michelle, assisted me with all the fixtures I needed in one day. Faucets, Shower Fixtures, toilets, bathtubs and ceiling fans. In a two hour visit, Michelle guided me through this overwhelming process. She asked me questions I hadn’t even considered to ensure that my selections would accurately target my needs. Michelle was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions. In addition, she coordinated the order and delivery to meet my deadlines.
