Walmart Supercenter

This Walmart is close to I-275, St Rt 128, and St Rt 27. This super center was well stocked. We needed help to navigate our way around this location and found that the employees were professional and friendly.

Absolutely WORST customer service. I realize it's after 10p, but I spoke to two people asking for someone with the electronics key. I have stood around for 30 minutes and NOBODY SHOWED UP. Just say you don't want me to spend money in your establishment. There's always Target, Meijer, literally anyone else. You'll live without me as a customer, I know. And I'll be better n off with someone who actually cares that I have money to spend.

I waited 25 whole minutes just for somebody to come unlock something at the beauty section. That could’ve easily been done in 5 min I was just trying to get a lip gloss and I wasted 25 minutes of my time. Associates were just on their phone and not paying attention to anyone. They announced it on the speaker but no one came. Finally, an associate that just came off their break that so happened to walk past me finally helped after I asked him.

An app is required to perform self checkout, I had three items. There are no baggers so it takes a long time for them to get people through the line. Cashier was on a phone call instead of working. Last time I was here, I needed three items, had to wait 45 minutes because every item was locked and there wasn't enough employees to help everyone that needed it.

They have a boat load of the personal hygiene products in locked displays, yet have no one accountable to dispensing them to customers. I am a thorough person, so I rang the need help button repeatedly, called the store repeatedly but no one ever answered, waited patiently until I couldn't stand it any more, waved at the security camera, etc. I get needing loss prevention tactics, BUT if it impedes sales to actual customers with good America currency, loss prevention becomes the loss. Way to shoot yourselves in the foot.
