Walmart Supercenter

I couldn't let it go. We went in an hour or so before closing and got like 5 things. There was a lady who helped us check out and made sure to scan everything. She worked so diligently but something went wrong and the computer didnt charge us. We didn't notice and volunteered our receipt at the door, as usual, where we were stopped and told items were missing. It was no problem really, we were happy to pay for it, but things went downhill quickly when we passed another exiting customer as the employee was marching us to the register and the employee didn't even try to check the other customer's basket...told her "it was fine" and let her go--weird. It took 3 employees to figure out the shelves didn't charge (2 of 5 things in our basket) and then after everything was FINALLY paid for, they

I helped my friend find gifts for her daughter’s 13th birthday party. We were so confused and couldn’t figure out what to purchase for 11 teenagers. As we began shopping down the cosmetic aisle, we found Tonya. We told her about our situation. She jumped right in and said I have a teenager, I can help you. She took us to a few aisles and made several suggestions. Tonya was such a huge help to us. When the girls saw the thank you gifts and party prizes, they were so happy. Tonya, we could’ve done it without you. You made us look good.Thank you so much for making the party a success. Walmart, keep up the great work having such courteous, kind and helpful people as pleasant as Tonya!

Went to return 2 items at 947pm. No employees at the customer service counter but plenty standing around. When I asked if someone could help me the response was "customer service closes at 10" when I pointed out it was only 947 the response was "it's close enough and they have already emptied the tills. Sorry." So evidently they close well before 10 since everything was emptied and shut down prior to 947. This place should be ashamed of the work ethic and attitude of these employees.

Came in today for a mega burrito, the girl in the pink shirt helping the front was very sweet. Store was clean, everything was quick, food tasted delicious. We will definitely be coming back to this location

It was great. I very much enjoyed it. Dont really go to that side of town but I love exploring . Cant wait to explore again and see what else clovis has
