Walmart Supercenter

We give this store 5 stares because of one man... Alan! He went ABOVE AND BEYOND today for my 15-year-old daughter's birthday in the bakery. We are very grateful for this, as it is hard for us to make multiple trips like we would have had to if not for him. He worked very hard to solve our problem.

the vision center is the absolute best! everyone there is super friendly and willing to help! definitely the best experience i have ever had when needing glasses! they made the entire process super quick and explained everything to their fullest extent! highly recommend using this walmart vision center for any of your eyes needs!

Overall, the store staff is friendly. This store stays pretty clean considering the amount of people going through it in a day. It is typically well stocked and has most of the items I look for. If you have a chance, also visit the restaurant "Pita - Mediterranean Street Tacos" located just inside the Grocery side entrance when you visit the store!! The staff there are great! AND the food is Excellent!

Went to have a tire plugged. Woman at Customer Service was more pleasant than any other service desk I've visited in the area. That is the only reason for any stars. Whoever the mechanic was said he was plugging the tire and nothing more that day. My tire pressure light is still on, plastic wrap and paper left inside the vehicle (thankful he used), and seat setting was all the way back. All easy fixes but generally done before I get my vehicle back. Yes, I've used Walmart service before.

I don't know what it is about this pick-up area here but it is horrible. I pick up multiple orders between this location and the Shugart road location, but this store will have you waiting 45 minutes to over an hour. And 50% of the time, they'll come out and say they don't have the order. They say maybe someone else picked it up or maybe it's a glitch. I've never had that issue at the other location so I definitely doubt it's a glitch every other day or more.
