Visited: Today at approximately 1400 local My wife and I completed a $130 purchase at the monitored self‑checkout, including groceries, hygiene items, and OTC medications. An attendant even assisted us by removing a duplicate scan. After paying and receiving our receipt, my wife stopped at the restroom while I proceeded to the car with our cart. As I approached the exit, a female employee stopped me and held out her hand, stating she needed to check my cart and my receipt. I politely informed her that while I was not refusing the check, Florida law does not permit a store to demand a receipt or detain a customer without probable cause of retail theft. Ryan was our human cashier and he did a great job and laughed at my bad jokes and even responded with something funnier. Service and experience is always great at this location except on Saturdays in the summer. ( not the stores fault, tourists.

I would like to share a simply wonderful experience at the Walmart Vision Center. I am from Northern Michigan and my glasses broke at the right temple earpiece. I have extremely poor vision without my glasses, so understandably, I was quite concerned about what I was going to do for the next week, while I waited for a new pair of glasses to come in. I was greeted by Jenessa, who was extremely polite and helpful. She helped me find frames, took my PD measurements and said she would request a rush on them. What impressed me the most was her empathy for the hardship in day to day life when someone can’t see anything well and the extreme limitations it puts on daily life for me. She truly cared. Then she also found another employee that knew how to “shrink wrap” the broken part of the glasses

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Walmart Auto Center. I waited over 4.5 hours just to purchase ONE new tire. As well to be mounted. I came in with a simple request and was told it would be a quick turnaround, but the lack of communication and urgency was unbelievable. Not once did anyone and the girl working named Breanna C. stayed on her cellphone while other customers were also waiting. Not once did she or any employees in the auto center provide updates or apologize for the long delay. Customers shouldn’t have to chase down employees just to find out what’s going on with their own vehicle. My entire day was wasted, and I felt like my time and business didn’t matter. The barber Katina is amazing and works amazing at her craft!!! No more going to Russia for my specific haircut now!!! She is truly a diamond barber in the rough!!!
