Walmart Supercenter

Management is useless, definitely need to work on customer service. They tell you one thing and do another. Found a product online that said in stock went in and was not available due to “being in the back” spoke to two representatives and they said to come back later one said around 5:30 and customer service said 9pm so I came back at 9pm just to be told the product is still in the back and won’t be retrieved until another hour. Personally I’m not a manager but If I was I would’ve found my customer a better answer or at least an alternative solution. I wish I would’ve been give the correct answer the first time instead of having to return to simply waste my time. 02/08 8:55pm

A great place for all your shopping needs. The store feels pretty clean and is well organized. They have a good selection of clothing for the whole family. We went to buy toys for Christmas and found a lot of variety. In the grocery area it was very well stocked up. We don’t visit often but when we do, we usually stock up on the essentials a always get good prices here.

Unfortunately, that positive experience was overshadowed by what happened as we were leaving the store. At the exit, we were stopped by an employee named Jorge, an older gentleman. Great staff and excellent customer service! Everyone at the checkout area always carries a positive attitude, which is rare to see these days. You can tell management here is doing something right because the atmosphere is welcoming and consistent every time I visit. One thing that really stands out is the importance of having people on staff who also speak Spanish. In a country that’s truly a melting pot, that detail keeps everything flowing perfectly. I’ve personally witnessed elderly customers being helped in Spanish on several occasions—not just once or twice—and it’s a remarkable thing. It shows respect, care, and understanding for the community. Elderly people still spend money, and it’s good business sense to make sure they’re comfortable, because their dollars help keep paychecks

I enjoy shopping at Walmart because I can get groceries as well as other items. However, I do wish that they had more registers opened that are being run by employees rather than so many self checkouts.
