Horrible Curbside Pick up Customer Service. They’re always late with the order and missing items, then causing a huge inconvenience for me to be able to get my money back. When they mess up the supervisors are all nonchalant and tell you that you have to go inside the store to get a refund or call a 1800 number that can’t even help. It seems like all the new hires are not taking their job seriously or hate their jobs. Never had an issue before until the last two pick ups. Don’t give them your code until you check your order. They suck.

A good store to shop at and there is a McDonald’s inside. There are restrooms in the front and back of the store.

This is the 2nd time in 2 days that things have gone missing from my order. It shows up as shopped for, but by the time it gets to me, it magically disappears in the drivers car??! I redid an order and had to spend the minimum PLUS Walmart used my refund against the total (So I had to spend MORE to reach the minimum delivery or be charged extra). This was all due to my items not reaching me. So I STILL do not have the product I want after making/ORDERING TWO DELIVERIES!!!!!! Walmart needs better quality control, how do the items get lost AFTER being shopped for? Driver should be help accountable. I tip every driver, no more...

I had never had a bad experience at Walmart until last night 10/25 with a cashier, Kevin. He was very rude and sassy. I had already paid for my items through self check out but my boyfriend went through the cashier. He didn’t know you couldn’t tap to pay so he went to get me so I could pay with my card. As I approached Kevin looked at my cart and said “this too?!” I told him no I had already paid and then replied with “thank God!” I said “excuse me? “ He then says well yeah I would have to ring that up too so I told him “yeah, that’s your job.” He was just very rude and unprofessional.
