Every time we come to this store, there’s a different problem. Instead of employees being trained to make service more efficient, the opposite always seems to happen. It almost feels intentional. Today, my husband and I went to buy wine. My husband was asked to show his ID. That’s perfectly fine. But then the cashier asked for mine as well because we were “together” and she said she was not authorized to complete the sale unless I showed my ID too. Excuse me? We have never seen this before. She refused to proceed with the sale until I presented my ID. Does that mean I will NEVER be able to purchase alcohol — or even certain medications — if I’m accompanied by my child, for example? The person in deli made me wait 10ish minutes before coming to help. After completely ignoring me and starting to help someone else that literally just walked up, I said I was first. They walk over and "What do you need?" Was the response. I told them (no name tag by the way) I needed salami and provolone cheese. Just 12 slices of each. All her answers were very cold and short, like she didn't want to be there. Then she came up when done with 2 types of salami and no cheese. I asked her again for the cheese and actually apologized if I'm the reason there was a miscommunication and she completely, again, ignored me and just sliced the cheese. Purchased a new television and the people in electronics went above and beyond to make sure I was informed about different brands & prices. Loaded it for me and everything!

Ok so I’ve been shopping for years. Two years ago there were a few self checkout lanes, a few normal lanes, things were fine. Then one day they were all self checkout. Huh? Ok fine, it was fast. That lasted maybe a month and they took all the self checkout lanes out and they’re all normal lanes. This must’ve been over a year ago or something. Once that happened everything changed. Now it takes quite a while to check out. For the past year I’ve been going there maybe a handful of times I stead of many times in a month they way I used to. The line situation was that bad. Then there was today. I needed some batteries so I went to Walmart because it shouldn’t be that bad maybe. The batteries were locked away and you need someone to unlock them. Greeeeat. Not even family dollar does that. So

They are locking up everything u can’t even get a 7$ can of spray paint then u have to wait on a employee to open the locked case for 15 minutes don’t shop at Walmart unless u want to wait to get what you want
