Walmart Supercenter

I had a very frustrating experience at the Hanford Walmart furniture department. The same accent chair was priced three different ways depending on where it was displayed: $198 on the end cap $182 on the top shelf inside the aisle $112 on the bottom shelf This is extremely misleading to customers and feels careless at best, deceptive at worst. Shoppers should not have to play a guessing game or hunt for the “real” price of an item. This reflects poor organization, lack of oversight, and weak management in the furniture department. Also the little black table scanned at 24.00 dollars instead of 14.00 as indicated. If pricing accuracy matters to this store, there needs to be immediate retraining and accountability. Customers deserve transparency and consistency, not confusion and wasted time

Ordered for a grocery delivery, told they couldn't and changed to pickup. I drove to the store and left empty handed. To bad you can't charge them for time wasted. Anywho, called the number on the sign. Apparently the mailbox is full. Got hung up on. Went into the store and they directed me back to the pickup area and to call the number on the sign. Same thing. No answer, mailbox full. Spent another 10 minutes trying to get out of the incredibly unorganized and chaotic parking lot. Overall not the greatest experience I have had. Scale of 1-10. I give it a solid 1. Great job!

I like the greeters and I always liked their prices they're getting more people and to service all the areas in the store for if you have to ask questions or get something out of a lock cabinet along with the registers when you pay to go out very good experience and I always enjoy Walmart

The store is clean and even the parking lot feels safer. The prices are getting to be wild but that is the way of the world right now, even for Walmart. The Walmart app and the Walmart+ pay ability needs some work. Improve store wifi if you want customers to use the app..
