Walmart Supercenter

Honestly the closest walmart to me and yet my last resort. They never have anything in stock and I've been told it's because they want to encourage people to shop online. Problem with that is the few times I've done that? Order gets canceled and then marked out of stock even online. We've also used it for my work once or twice and they sent us expired food. Like badly expired. If they got the right product. And I've talked to other businesses in the area who have had the same problem. Me personally at this point i think I'm going to start spending the extra money to go to other nearby stores. At least then I know in not wasting my time.

Friendly staff, great deals in clearance section! Today turkeys were 10 cents a pound so avg price was $2 per turkey!

Customer service needs some help. Employees seem to forget that customers should come first. I couldn't get a $20 bill broke down even when I received it from their register. And their order fillers are very rude. Will definitely start going to Smith's and Target more.

I want to share a very disappointing experience with one of the employees at the Customer Service department in Walmart , a young man named Iván. I have had two separate experiences with him, one about seven months ago and another one recently, and in both situations his attitude was extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. Iván shows a complete lack of empathy and customer service skills. He speaks to customers in a very short, disrespectful way and never seems willing to help or provide real solutions. His tone and attitude make people feel like they are the problem, instead of receiving the respectful assistance that every customer deserves. I’ve also heard other families complaining about the same behavior , that he’s rude, very hard to deal with, creates unnecessary obstacles

The entire staff is wonderful. Each one always has a smile. Their phone etiquette is excellent. Very little wait time when picking up prescriptions. They address you by name and even wave when they see you in the store. This staff combination is great. Good prices. Good locations. Good customer service. Items are easy to locate. Extensive product choices. Very few long checkout lines. Self-checkout. Produce is fresh. Good selection of clothing sizes. Good selection of shoe size. Recommended!
