Walmart Supercenter

It's a great place to find almost anything you need. It's a very spacious store with friendly and patient staff. There's plenty of parking for everyone.

I went to return items at the store and Tonie refused to accept all my returns she left me at the counter at customer service, then she went to the back. Then she went to the sales floor and did not return. She neglected her work duties. Is that how return agents behave. She told me to return to the La Porte store where I made the purchase. She never came back to the service desk. This happened at store 3500 on Wallisville Road in Houston.

I am a frequent customer i come in 5 times a week sometimes I was in a hurry one day and a cashier name Lindsey red hair came and informed me she was available to check me out that was such good customer service to me because I was in a hurry and the line was long in the self check out. Just wanted to say thank you Lindsey. Jacqueline

I want to recognize the cashier Patrice who helped me this past Saturday she was very friendly, efficient, and made the checkout process smooth and pleasant. Her warm attitude and professionalism stood out, and it truly made my shopping experience better. Walmart is fortunate to have such a dedicated team member like Patrice who treats customers with kindness and respect and a pleasant smile we need more like her

I would recommend that no one "EVER" buy a western union money from here . After purchasing a money order that was not needed i attempted to return it with the receipt on the same day . They refused to accept the money order back , so I was told to endorse it to myself after doing so the store associate along with the manger tells me the western union money order kept getting an era message. So therefore they were unable to cash it. I do not know what kind of scam walmart and western union have going on . I guarantee you I lived and learned this very day to never go nowhere near walmart for any type of transaction that includes money order !!!
