William and Arvest in the tire store are amazing!! These guys took care of my car and we're so nice! I truly recommend that you check them out if you need anything for your car!! Never underestimate Walmart tire service they were not only able to take care of my car today but save me $300 compared to Mavis tire for the same tire sensors!! UNBELIEVABLE

If I could’ve given them 0 stars I would’ve. Loss prevention (2 Caucasian ladies, one older blondish hair, one younger red head) followed me around the store (as if I didn’t notice them), then continued to accused me of stealing a nightgown, boxers, and tank tops once I was walking out the door. When I willingly stopped and showed them what’s in all my bags (that matched up to both of my receipts) and informed them that the 3 items they accused me of stealing due to me no longer wanting was put in the “put back bin” there was no apology just “okay, well we didn’t see on the camera where you put it back” and they walked off. Terrible customer service experience. My mom asked for tires to be put on the car the men made my mother carry her own tires to the car. The men refused to carry them and also had a 15 year old girl carry the two my mother didn’t carry. They were extremely rude and acted as if it was a problem to need a service they are supposed to provide for a fee.

Walmart cashiers are a mixed bunch. Few are friendly. Many of them, especially the younger are not friendly. At times they do not speak to the customers. I'm trying not use the race card, or take it personally, but I find it to be true in my case.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited almost 2 hours for them to bring my groceries & they didn’t give me all my groceries & they gave me other peoples groceries. Went back to pick up my groceries & literally went in the back to get my groceries. 3 young people came out about 5 min later & they smelled like marijuana. Today I went to pick up my mother’s items & only gave me 3 things when she had 11 items. It’s been over an hour & still asking me a bunch of questions & now they are saying they don’t have none of the other items.
