Walmart Supercenter

We drive semi and I went inside to grab a few things while we were being unloaded. This is the nicest Walmart I have ever been to. Nice employees walking around asking if you need help. Very clean store. Nothing on the floors. Shelves are stocked and organized. This Walmart needs to be a showcase Walmart for how they ALL SHOULD be!!!! Great job everyone that works there!!!!

I had to get a phone today and I had no idea what I was doing. Kayla Gaines was so sweet and helped me so much. She answered all my questions and was very personable. She needs a raise for her awesome work!

If there was a zero to give, I could give it. Christmas eve says close at 6pm on your website and stopping people from entering at 5:30-5:45 is stupid, insane, unprofessional, disorganized, selfish and untrained. You could have said closed at 5:30 instead then saying close at 6pm and stopping people that drove miles with the hope of i can get in quickly and get my 1-2 things i need quickly. While it's understandable that your employees want to go home to be with family family for the holiday, same thing those people being stopped from entering at 5:30-45 ish pm just got out of work, some work at the hospitals saving livess where they don't get to close earlier. You would say, you should have shopped earlier, yes what if they didn't get pay or their pay just came in the week of Christma

I arrived at Walmart at 6:56 am to get an oil Change. The workers did not begin to arrive until 6:58 am and the doors were opened later than the advertised time (7 am). By 7:06 am, I was able to get checked in for my oil change. The check in person told me 20-25 mins. I was the only person there as they were beginning their shift. At 7:35 am I came to check the status of my vehicle and found two techs mostly talking rather than working around my vehicle. I checked with a float staff from the Auto department for the status of my vehicle as I had not received a text to confirm it was started, he returned and said it will be done soon as possible. Clean store but a bit messy in sections & if your a size 6 or under? Your better off shopping online smh. I’m a size 2, I barely came across any shorts-jeans-shirts ( & I mean barely!) let alone any 4’s & 6’s. My husband is a long haul trucker so we can’t just order online every time we need something. There was only 1 regular register going & it was for 20 items or less & the do it yourself registers had a long line. No excuse these days for lines like that especially when their not busy. & the clerk? She wasn’t rude per say, but not welcoming either. The elderly woman in front of us was apologizing for not being quicker & the clerk just ignored her. & we got up to register? Just silence no matter what you said. We even said thank-you & have a good night 3 times before she said anything b
