Walmart Supercenter

I had to walk to the very back of the store to find laundry and stain remover. The location was unexpected. Found the aisles, and I could actually breathe without asthma, with my mask on. Store inventory doesn't match online inventory. There was no free and clear spray on laundry stain remover. There were very few free and clear items. I didn't see the seventh generation section. Been here a couple times and always liked the shopping. Overall positive experiences.

Haven't been in any Walmart's in awhile, today is the reason why. The site says you cam return products without the original packaging, but Ms. CSR, decided I needed the sku# in which I had from the back of store, she wanted the actual box. She didn't offer to walk to get it, I had already went back there. Figured the Pic was good enough. Finally, a CSR came up for another customer and told me he'll go get it. Another young man from Electronics said he couldn't walk it up to the counter. This place does backward things. Then, I wanted to check out with only 6 items, she goes back & forth saying she couldn't do it. Not worth arguing with lazy, irritating woman who think they to good to really help people.

I guess it’s my turn to add another 1 star review thanks to a very unpleasant and bizarre experience with an older white male working in self checkout. I asked for a price adjustment for an item that was cheaper online and showed him my phone with all the info. He said he would change the price but failed to do so, I brought it back to his attention and he says I was making him nervous by barking at him…..excuse me??!! I couldn’t believe he had the audacity to say that but clearly he’s comfortable disrespecting customers and nothing will happen. I asked for a manager and she came over and I explained what happened and she said she would take care of it but I don’t believe anything will change hence all the other reviews of poor customer service. Back in November I placed an online order. The order was NEVER received. I contacted Walmart and informed that we needed to contact the original seller. Did all of that. It is now Jan. 21st, 2026 and I still have not received my refund. I have spoken with them over 10 times and they still have not processed my refund. This is ridiculous. I will NEVER shop at Walmart again and I will tell EVERYONE the same thing. I have never received such bad customer service. All calls are recorded and they still can't do there job‼️

This is the worst Walmart ever. The store was disgusting. No one willing to help you never coming back here again
