It is certainly understandable that not everyone finds shopping at a particular large retail establishment to be an enjoyable experience. Various factors contribute to differing preferences when it comes to consumer habits and store choices. Convenience, selection, and atmosphere all play significant roles in shaping an individual's shopping journey. Many individuals may prefer smaller, local businesses for a more personalized touch. Ultimately, personal preference dictates where individuals choose to spend their time and money for their retail needs.

the employees at this location appear to only have an AI assistant as a work tool, which led to complications during my experience there. it took two prompts for the program to offer proper assistance and direct me to the correct location. I don't put any sort of blame on the employee who assisted me-- although I think the forced usage of AI as a store assistant is both irresponsible and a "cheap" solution to a problem that has already been resolved.

I was in Walmart In Merrillville, Indiana late one night after 10 o’clock fatigue and tired. I asked a Walmart worker by the name of Ron to help me look for an item. He graciously stopped pushing his cart and walked me to the aisle and helped me search for my item and before leaving he asked was there anything else he could help me with. I was so impressed with the level of customer service that I received. He did it with Grace and patience. And I thank Ron for his kind customer service.

100 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing at all times but there is nobody there to fulfill mobile pickup orders. Had to go inside and was able to walk into the back area myself. Crickets... but by all means keep paying these people to waste everyone's time.

The Walmart was clean and food fresh and organized. The cashier not many human you can talk to. Machine take over labor. The parking busy but fell safe to shop here.
