Walmart Supercenter

Last week this store broke records with sales because of a winter storm scare. This week another storm is on the way and what do they do? Cut the employees hours. This place is packed and they have less than 8 self checkouts open and only 3 registers open. They care more about numbers than customer service. Instead of jumping in and helping their swamped employees, they hide in the back. Pathetic.

I absolutely hate coming to this walmart. It's dirty, overcrowded, under stocked, and understaffed. Sadly, those are the things that seem to have become synonymous with Walmart. I was walking through the house today listening to the family's bicker about the overall conditions of the store, and the one phrase I heard reacted was, "What do you expect it's Walmart." Somebody needs to teach the stockers the importance of F.I.F.O (First In First Out). Why aren't the managers and department leaders emphasizing the importance of fronting, F.I.F.O, and cleaning up your workspace. I saw so many potential lawsuits today, almost on every aisle, a spill, or a mess and expired foods it's just horrible. Ok I'm like everybody else...I despise Walmart as a corporation! BUT the people make it worth the trip. The girls and guys at the customer service counter are very nice and helpful. Renaldo in particular is my fave. The man resolved a problem that 10 other people couldn't figure out for over an hour! Do me a favor and treat these people nice. They are good people who are severely underpaid in a high stress environment. I would love to boycott Walmart but the people keep me coming back!

Your pharmacy department needs to learn to fix their attitudes they are so hateful to their customers and they always have a smart ass attitude when you ask them a question. Worst service ever. They also need to learn to put prescriptions in when they are supposed to be scheduled bc we got charged for medications that was not supposed to be filled yet.
