Walmart Supercenter

What can I possibly say about Walmart that hasn't already been said...... ? Well for 1: This was the best Walmart experience I have ever had. The store was busy as can be. Every employee I came across was calm , Koo , and collected. If I asked a question the answers were not hurried. There was PLENTY of checkout workers keeping the lines flowing nice. The store itself was very very clean. I hae gone back many many times since. And so far the store has not let me down.

Every day low prices and friendly workers, is well kept and clean. Well managed indeed!

I needed a few things and was in the neighborhood. Very busy day with lots of Christmas shoppers. I was able to get my items and check out in the beauty department. Also grabbed a free hot dog on my way out because of Customer Appreciation Day!

I paid for eggs before checking if they were cracked. I remembered to check right before I went out the doors to leave and they wouldn't change them. They were all cracked. I hadn't even walked out of the store yet. Horrible customer service especially considering grocery prices. Definitely worth it to go to Albertsons

Oil Change. No filter for my Pathfinder? Are you kidding? Made an appointment days before so you knew what the make and model that was coming in for service. Do you not check your inventory? But I was offered the opportunity to run to X or X and purchase a filter, bring it back and WM would change the oil. You wasted my time and gas. This is by no means the fault of the tech or desk person. This is management living up to WM's customer no-care, but then the bar has always been low. Kevin W.
